This is a starting point provided with your store. Review it and replace it with terms that reflect how you actually trade before you rely on it.
You can ask to return an item within 7 days of delivery. Set the window that suits what you sell.
Items should be unused, in their original packaging and with any tags still attached. Anything that arrived damaged or faulty we will take back whatever its condition.
Contact us at bhadmushenry@icloud.com. Tell us your order number and what is wrong, and we will tell you where to send the item.
Once the item is back with us and checked, we refund you the way you paid. Card and transfer refunds go back through Paystack and can take a few working days to reach your account.
